Enjoy the convenience of your own Customer Portal. View your bookings, advise that you can’t make a lesson, book a make-up, move the time and day of your booking, set up your payment information and book into School Holiday Programs.
After clicking on the Portal Login link above, you will see the screen below. To register, simply click on the orange “sign up” button on the left. You will shortly receive a verification code via email which you will need to enter to complete the log in process.
Home Screen (HELP)
This is where you can see an overview of your account. You will be able to view upcoming lessons, account balance and any relevant notices from WestSwim. It looks like this:
Bookings Tab (HELP)
This is where you can see Upcoming Bookings for all your children and notify absences. It will tell you their name, day and time of their upcoming lessons. It looks like this:
People Tab (HELP)
This is where you can add add swimmers, view applicable make-up lessons with expiry dates for individual swimmers. It looks like this:
Progress Tab is where you can view each individual swimmers progress through their level and programs. It look like this:
Billing Tab (HELP)
This is where you can view your monthly invoice, make payment and set up your monthly direct debit. It looks like this:
